With new, smart solutions for plant weight, we help you, as a grower, gain more information to further optimize your crop. We are continuing to develop a robust wireless measuring system to increasingly support growers in their daily decisions, which is facilitated by our new generation of scales and the new weighing table. 

New generation of scales 

Last year we introduced the wireless ventilated climate sensor, which eliminates the influence of sunlight on temperature measurements. This year, we're launching a completely new generation of scales! 

With our new scale, we can weigh up to three substrate slabs per scale. Drainage water is collected and directed to a custom-designed drainage meter, allowing us to accurately measure drainage. We've also added a separate meter that measures drip irrigation. Practical tests have already shown that there's a real difference between the indicated irrigation per dripper on the climate computer and the actual irrigation from the dripper. Using these refined measurements, you can see the plant's water uptake and actual transpiration even more accurately in the Wireless Value data portal. This data provides you, as a grower, with the information you need to further optimize your crop.  

Weighing table 

At GreenTech Amsterdam, we'll also be showcasing our new weighing table. It's ideal for growing on rolling containers with mesh or ebb-and-flow bottoms that remain in the greenhouse for extended periods. Potted plants and phalaenopsis are examples.  

Currently, there are solutions where a small portion of the plants or trays are measured with a scale on the table itself. With our smart solution, you can weigh the entire table. This makes it possible to weigh the plants on the cultivation table throughout their entire cycle. This provides you with useful information to monitor evaporation, fine-tune your irrigation strategy, and further optimize your crop.
