Wireless Value takes your privacy very seriously and will process and use information about you (the data subject) securely. In this Privacy Statement, we explain which data we process and for what purpose. You can also read about your rights regarding our processing of your personal data in this Privacy Statement. Wireless Value is the private limited company Wireless Value BV, with registered offices at Waanderweg 30a, 7812 HZ Emmen, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 04070587. Wireless Value is the controller with regard to the processing of your personal data by Wireless Value.
Below you will find an overview of the purposes for which Wireless Value processes your personal data. Each purpose is indicated by which data Wireless Value uses for that specific purpose, the legal basis for processing that data, and how long Wireless Value retains the data. For clarity, we have grouped everything by data flow type.

Wireless Value has data about you because you have provided data to us.
Under the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights with regard to your data and its processing:
- Access: You can always view and, if necessary, change your personal data in your account. If you want to see the personal data Wireless Value has stored about you, you can submit a request for access.
- Changes: If you want to make changes to the personal data you've seen as a result of a request for access and you can't change it yourself in your account, you can submit a request to Wireless Value. You can request that Wireless Value change, correct, supplement, delete, or shield your data.
- Restricting processing: You also have the right, under certain conditions, to request Wireless Value to restrict the processing of your personal data.
- Right to object: If certain processing takes place on the basis of the 'legitimate interest' of Wireless Value or a third party, you have the right to object to that processing.
- Data portability: You have the right to obtain your personal data from Wireless Value. Wireless Value will provide this data in a structured and commonly used format that can be easily accessed using other common digital systems. This also allows you to transfer your data to another provider.
- Withdrawing consent: In all cases where your consent is the basis for certain data processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent. This will not affect past processing, but it does mean we will no longer be permitted to process that data. Wireless Value may then no longer be able to provide you with certain services.
- Response from Wireless Value: A request can be sent to info@wirelessvalue.nl. Wireless Value will honor your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than one (1) month after Wireless Value receives such a request. If Wireless Value rejects your request, we will indicate in our response why the request was rejected.
- Recipients of the personal data The data may be passed on to: Processors. Wireless Value may be required to provide your data to a third party, for example, based on a legal obligation.
Cookies are small pieces of (text) information that are sent to your browser when you visit the Wireless Value website and then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or other device (hereinafter: "Device"). Cookies placed through the Wireless Value website cannot damage your Device or the files stored on it. When we say "cookies," we mean not only these small pieces of (text) information, but also similar techniques that collect information, such as device fingerprinting.
